I'm a sucker for a good hack. I'll take anything that can save me time or help my sanity, and so I thought I'd pass on some pretty cool tricks I've learned from my mom friends.
Pull down that onsie
Those tabs on the shoulders of onsies? They're not decorative, they allow you to pull the onsie down rather than over your kid's head. Because, well... blowouts happen.
To remove poop stains from breastfed baby's clothing, simply rinse the article of clothing in water and let it sit out in the sun. Seriously, I've tried it. Mind blown.
Don't waste the purees
Has your baby moved on from purees but you have a ton of leftover jars? Mix them up with baby oatmeal - and voila! Finger foods!
For those messy meals, place a towel under the high chair to catch all of the dropped food. Shake the towel outside when you're done. Reuse and repeat!
No outlet covers? No problem. Secure them with a band-aid.
To avoid buying 10 pairs of mittens each winter, attach a long string to both mittens and string it through the coat sleeves.
